Velosolutions Sea Otter Australia Pump Track Showdown - Lap Count terms

1. Challenge Period The Velosolutions Sea Otter Australia Pump Track Showdown - Lap Count runs from 23 October 2026 at 10:00am until 25 October 2026 at 1:30pm, as part of Sea Otter Australia 2026 in Batemans Bay. Only laps completed and successfully recorded and verified through the Vorld App during the official Challenge Period will count towards the final ranking. 2. Challenge Objective & Winner The objective of the Challenge is to complete the highest number of valid laps on the designated Velosolutions Pump Track during the Challenge Period. The participant with the highest total number of valid and verified laps at the end of the Challenge Period will be the winner. Participants may complete multiple laps throughout the Challenge Period. All valid and verified laps recorded for the participant during the Challenge Period will be added to their total. In the event that two or more participants have the same number of valid laps, the participant who reached that total first, based on the timestamp recorded by the Vorld App, will rank higher. 3. Prize At the end of the Challenge, the highest-ranked eligible rider will receive the applicable prize. The prize is TBA and may consist of cash, bike-related products, or other prizes. Further prize details will be communicated once confirmed. 4. Participation Participation is free through the Vorld App. By participating in the Challenge, riders agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable rules or instructions communicated by Velosolutions or the event organisers. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, local regulations, venue rules, track rules and instructions from venue operators and event staff. 5. Ride Smart Your safety comes first. Do not take unnecessary risks in an attempt to increase your lap count. Participation is entirely at your own risk. Each rider is responsible for their own safety, health, equipment, insurance and behaviour. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velosolutions, Vorld, track owners, partners, sponsors and event organisers accept no responsibility for injuries, accidents, losses, damages or other consequences arising from participation in the Challenge. Participants must always wear appropriate protective equipment and ride within their abilities. 6. Fair Play & Valid Laps Only laps successfully recorded and verified through the Vorld App will count towards the Challenge. Velosolutions reserves the right to review, validate, adjust or remove laps where necessary. Velosolutions may correct lap counts or Challenge results if technical issues, software bugs, validation updates or data integrity checks reveal inaccurate or incomplete results. Velosolutions may disqualify participants or cancel prizes in cases including, but not limited to: cheating; artificially increasing lap counts; manipulation of lap data or rankings; exploitation of software or hardware vulnerabilities; fraudulent activity; use of multiple accounts; abuse or manipulation of the Vorld App or Challenge system; submission of false or misleading information; unsportsmanlike conduct; or behaviour that materially damages the reputation or integrity of the Challenge, Vorld or Velosolutions. Only laps physically completed by the participating rider on the designated Velosolutions Pump Track during the official Challenge Period are eligible. Velosolutions reserves the right to determine the validity of laps and eligibility for prizes. Its decisions regarding lap counts, rankings, eligibility and winners will be final, subject to applicable law. 7. Identity Verification Before a prize is awarded, Velosolutions may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age, residence or other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility. The winner must also provide valid contact details so that Velosolutions can contact them regarding their prize. Failure to provide requested information within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and the prize may be awarded to the next eligible rider in the ranking. 8. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with their Vorld account. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days of notification, Velosolutions may award the prize to the next eligible rider in the ranking. 9. Force Majeure Velosolutions reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Challenge, in whole or in part, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary or appropriate. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to: natural disasters; extreme weather; war; civil unrest; public health emergencies; government actions or restrictions; travel restrictions; technical failures; or cybersecurity incidents. Where reasonably practicable, participants will be informed of any significant changes to the Challenge. 10. Taxes and Personal Obligations The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, fees or other personal obligations that may arise in connection with receiving or using the prize, to the extent required under applicable law. Velosolutions accepts no responsibility for the winner's personal tax or other obligations. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velosolutions, Vorld, partners, sponsors, track owners and event organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising from participation in the Challenge or acceptance or use of a prize, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law. 12. Privacy Personal information collected in connection with participation in the Challenge will be processed in accordance with the Vorld Privacy Policy and applicable data protection and privacy laws. Participants should review the Vorld Privacy Policy for information about how their personal information is collected, used and stored. 13. Changes to These Terms Velosolutions may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, including to address changes to the Challenge, applicable laws, technical requirements or operational circumstances. The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will be published through the applicable Vorld or Challenge platform. Where appropriate, participants will be notified of material changes. 14. Acceptance By participating in the Velosolutions Sea Otter Australia Pump Track Showdown - Lap Count, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Participation also confirms that the participant agrees to comply with all applicable event, venue, track and Vorld rules.
